As a Senior SAP O2C Architect, you will be responsible for leading the advisory, design and implementation of Order to Cash processesusing SAP S/4HANA and associated best of breed applications. You will work closely with client stakeholders, business teams, lead advisory and delivery teams from Innoverv to define future-state O2C processes, ensure alignment with business objectives, and integrate best practices into the solution.
This role requires deep SAP functional expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record in leading complex O2C transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the advisory, design and delivery of O2C solutions across SAP and S/4HANA and its ecosystems .
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including P2P, R2R, and Supply Chain to ensure integrated solution design.
- Act as the trusted advisor to client leadership, providing insights and recommendations on Industry best practices and digital innovation.
- Guide the team for functional specifications for RICEFW objects and support technical teams during build and testing.
- Conduct workshops with business teams to capture requirements and define the future state operating model.
- Ensure compliance with SAP Activate methodology, project governance, and quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 15+ years of SAP experience, with at least 2 to 3 full life cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations
- Strong expertise in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and related O2C modules in SAP S/4HANA.
- Deep understanding of integration points with Finance (FI/CO), Procurement (MM), and Logistics (WM/LE).
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology and leading full lifecycle SAP implementations.
- Ability to design and deliver global template solutions in complex multi-country environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex business challenges.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
