INNOVERV is looking for high-calibre Senior Consultants to join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial advisory firm operating at the intersection of business strategy, process transformation, and AI-led technology advisory
This is a high-ownership role within a fast-growing advisory environment. You will operate in dynamic, outcome-driven contexts that require comfort with ambiguity, pace, and evolving priorities. The role calls for independent thinking, sound judgement, and the ability to represent INNOVERV confidently and credibly with senior client stakeholders.
As a Senior Consultant, you will own client problem statements end-to-end, shape executive narratives, and drive transformation initiatives across AI, Data, and SAP S/4HANA programmes. This is not a delivery-only or configuration-led role – it is about thinking, influencing, and advising at scale
You will be responsible for:
Client Leadership & Advisory
- Act as a trusted advisor in client engagements, facilitating and leading workshops, executive discussions, and strategic reviews with minimal supervision
- Develop and present executive-ready insights, recommendations, and roadmaps to CXOs and senior leadership, including CFOs, CIOs, and Transformation Heads
- Represent INNOVERV in high-stakes meetings, industry forums, and select flagship client events
- Running workshops with stakeholders to gather business requirements, identify pain points, and co-create actionable strategies
Technology Strategy & Transformation
- Lead technology-led business transformation with a strong focus on AI-first, value-driven strategy
- Translate complex technology concepts into clear business outcomes, value cases, proposed initiatives and executive narratives
- Develop technology strategies, operating models, and transformation roadmaps across AI, Data, and S/4HANA landscapes
Process & Business Transformation
- Understand client challenges across finance, supply chain, operations, and enterprise functions
- Design & guide process transformation initiatives, aligning technology adoption with business objectives
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure strategic intent is preserved through execution
Firm & Team Contribution
- Support business proposal development, thought leadership, and internal accelerators
- Act as a brand ambassador for INNOVERV through client excellence and professional conduct
- Provide industry insights and expertise to address specific challenges and opportunities
- Champion internal engagement initiatives, team socials, team days and Innoverv All Hands
Key Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or transformation roles (Big 4 or a top-tier consulting firm is preferred) Alternatively, we welcome industry professionals with strong project experience
- Proven exposure to technology strategy, enterprise transformation, or digital advisory (SAP experience preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred

- Strong executive communication & storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas
- Structured problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Excellent working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel for strategy decks and analyses
- Confidence in leading client discussions, workshops, and senior stakeholder interactions
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset – comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving and collaborative environment with minimal supervision
