We are seeking an experienced Senior Go-To-Market Partner to lead revenue growth and client acquisition for INNOVERV, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA transformation, enterprise digital core modernisation, and AI-enabled transformation programmes.
This role is primarily responsible for generating pipeline, leading strategic pursuits, closing deals, and managing the early stages of client advisory engagements. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and delivery teams to convert market opportunities into high-value consulting engagements across Advisory, S/4HANA transformation programmes, and AI-driven initiatives.
The GTM Partner will play a critical role in originating opportunities, qualifying leads, structuring proposals, and converting engagements, while helping shape scalable propositions that support INNOVERV’s long-term growth ambitions.
You will be responsible for:
Revenue Generation & Deal Leadership
- Generate and develop a strong pipeline of consulting opportunities across Advisory, S/4HANA transformation, and AI-led digital programmes
- Lead strategic sales pursuits, proposal development, and deal structuring for complex consulting engagements
- Own and drive the end-to-end deal cycle, from opportunity identification through qualification, proposal, negotiation, and contract closure
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and C-level executives to originate new engagements
- Convert strategic opportunities into signed advisory and transformation programmes
Pipeline Development & Client Acquisition
- Develop and execute structured pipeline generation strategies across target industries and geographies
- Identify and qualify high-value transformation opportunities within clients
- Build and manage key accounts and long-term client relationships to expand advisory and transformation engagements
- Drive account-based growth strategies and create repeatable deal flow across priority clients
- Track pipeline and revenue metrics, providing regular reporting to the INNOVERV leadership team
Strategic Pursuits & Early Engagement Leadership
- Lead early-stage advisory engagements, helping clients define transformation roadmaps and S/4HANA strategies
- Work with delivery leaders to shape solutions, define scope, and structure proposals for large transformation programmes
- Translate client challenges into commercially viable engagements
- Drive structured pursuit strategies for major deals, coordinating internal teams and partners
Partnerships & Ecosystem Development
- Build and leverage relationships within the SAP ecosystem and strategic alliance partners
- Identify and drive partner-led opportunities and co-selling engagements
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to create joint pursuits and shared pipeline opportunities
Internal Enablement
- Support the development of pursuit assets, sales playbooks, and commercial frameworks
- Work closely with consulting teams to ensure alignment between market opportunities and delivery capabilities
- Mentor internal teams on pursuit strategy, deal shaping, and commercial engagement models
Key Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in consulting, advisory, or professional services
- Proven track record of originating, pursuing, and closing large consulting engagement
- Demonstrated experience in enterprise sales and complex deal leadership
- Deep understanding of enterprise transformation programmes and consulting buying cycles
- Experience working with C-level stakeholders and executive decision-makers
- Strong network within the SAP ecosystem or enterprise technology transformation space
