We are seeking a high-potential Change Practitioner (1–3 years’ experience) to support the delivery of change management activities across complex SAP transformation programmes in the UK and Europe.
This role focuses on supporting the people side of transformation – helping organisations successfully adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working.
You will work alongside experienced Change Leads and programme teams in fast-paced, high-impact environments. The role is hands-on and delivery-focused, providing early exposure to large-scale transformation programmes and a strong foundation for building a career in consulting and SAP-enabled change.
You will be responsible for:

- Assist in conducting change impact assessments to identify how processes, roles, and ways of working will be affected.
- Support stakeholder mapping and analysis to identify impacted groups and define engagement approaches.
- Contribute to the development and execution of change plans aligned to programme timelines and milestones.
- Support the coordination of change activities across multiple workstreams within complex programme environments.
Stakeholder Engagement & Workshops
- Support stakeholder engagement across programme environments, working with both business and programme teams.
- Assist in preparing and facilitating workshops, stakeholder sessions, and alignment meetings.
- Help ensure stakeholders understand programme objectives, changes, and expected outcomes.
- Build strong working relationships across teams to support effective collaboration and delivery.
Communications, Training & Engagement
- Support the development of communication strategies and materials that drive awareness and engagement.
- Create clear, structured communication content tailored to different stakeholder groups.
- Support the development and coordination of training materials and role-based training activities.
- Assist in delivering engagement activities that support adoption of new systems and processes.
- Ensure consistency and clarity in messaging across programme communications.
Adoption, Readiness & Tracking
- Support organisational readiness activities to ensure the business is prepared for change.
- Assist in tracking adoption progress, stakeholder engagement, and readiness metrics.
- Support the identification of change risks and contribute to mitigation planning.
- Help ensure users are prepared for key milestones, including system go live.
- Contribute to embedding adoption-focused thinking across programme activities.
Programme Reporting & Delivery Support
- Support the development of programme reporting, including status updates, dashboards, and change deliverables.
- Assist in preparing materials for programme governance forums and leadership updates.
- Work closely with Change Leads, PMO teams, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and coordination.
- Ensure change deliverables are completed to a high standard, on time, and aligned to programme expectations.

- Are advisory-led, not tool-led – Strong in thinking, structuring, and client problem-solving. You enjoy breadth and impact more than deep configuration or coding
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset – You think like an owner, take risks, back yourself, and are motivated by outcomes and impact – not just role security
- Have a high work ethic and resilience – Willing to hustle and sustain intensity over extended periods, travel frequently
- Fit INNOVERV’s culture – Comfortable with:
- Direct, no-nonsense feedback
- Agility over polish
- Minimal hierarchy and governance
